We offer free shipping on all orders within Germany. Your TimeTeller kit is shipped via DHL to ensure safe, reliable, and timely delivery.

Delivery time

Delivery times depend on product availability. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number, allowing you to follow your delivery at any time.

Shipping outside of Germany

For deliveries within the European Union, as well as to Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and Norway, outbound shipping is free of charge.
The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the costs of the insured return shipment of the sample.
