Delivery time

Delivery times depend on product availability. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number, allowing you to follow your delivery at any time.

Shipping outside of Germany

Shipping outside Germany may be possible by individual arrangement. Please contact us before placing your order so that we can assess whether, and under what conditions, shipping and the insured return of your sample can be arranged from your country. Delivery cannot be guaranteed for every country.
